BrawlCity

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 9, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BrawlCity, including brawlcity.gg, BrawlCity accounts, statistics, rankings, analytics, subscriptions, future mobile applications, and any other services operated under the BrawlCity brand.

BrawlCity is operated by Loadout SARL, Switzerland.

By accessing or using BrawlCity, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use BrawlCity.

For questions regarding these Terms, contact: info@brawlcity.gg

1. About BrawlCity

BrawlCity is an independent Brawl Stars statistics and analytics platform.

BrawlCity may provide features including:

  • player search
  • player profiles
  • Brawler statistics
  • battle history tracking
  • rankings
  • leaderboards
  • meta analysis
  • win rates
  • pick rates
  • map statistics
  • game-mode statistics
  • performance trends
  • historical statistics
  • Brawler matchups
  • Brawler synergies
  • additional gaming-related tools

Features may be added, modified, restricted, or removed at any time.

2. Independent Fan Service

BrawlCity is an independent fan-operated service.

BrawlCity is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or specifically approved by Supercell.

Brawl Stars, Supercell, related game names, logos, trademarks, game assets, characters, Brawlers and other intellectual property belong to Supercell or their respective owners.

BrawlCity intends to operate in accordance with applicable Supercell policies, including Supercell's Fan Content Policy.

Map layout references are sourced from Brawlify and displayed locally with attribution; Brawl Stars game assets remain property of Supercell.

3. Eligibility

BrawlCity is available to users worldwide.

You may browse most public BrawlCity content without creating an account.

If you create an account, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use the service under the laws applicable to you.

Where local law requires parental or guardian consent for a minor to create an account or use certain online services, such consent must be obtained before using those features.

4. User Accounts

Certain BrawlCity features may require an account.

Accounts may be created using methods such as:

  • Google Sign-In
  • email and password
  • other authentication providers introduced in the future

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate information
  • maintaining the security of your account
  • protecting your login credentials
  • all activity occurring through your account

You must not:

  • share access credentials in a way that compromises account security
  • impersonate another person
  • create accounts for fraudulent purposes
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact: info@brawlcity.gg.

5. Brawl Stars Player Tags and Linked Profiles

Users may be able to associate a Brawl Stars player tag with their BrawlCity account.

Unless BrawlCity explicitly states otherwise, linking a player tag does not necessarily mean that BrawlCity has independently verified ownership of that Brawl Stars account.

You must not intentionally claim ownership of another person's Brawl Stars profile in a misleading or abusive manner.

BrawlCity may remove or modify linked-profile functionality where abuse is detected.

6. Public Brawl Stars Data

BrawlCity may obtain information through the official Brawl Stars API and other permitted sources.

This may include public information such as:

  • player names
  • player tags
  • trophies
  • clubs
  • Brawlers
  • rankings
  • leaderboard positions
  • recent battles
  • game modes
  • maps
  • teammates
  • opponents
  • match outcomes
  • publicly available game statistics

BrawlCity may process, store, aggregate and display such data even where the relevant player does not have a BrawlCity account.

Use of BrawlCity does not create ownership rights over public Brawl Stars information.

7. Historical Statistics

BrawlCity may retain historical game information in order to provide:

  • player history
  • trophy history
  • rankings history
  • match history
  • Brawler performance history
  • meta history
  • historical leaderboards
  • trends
  • statistical comparisons

Because the official Brawl Stars API may expose only recent information at a given time, BrawlCity may preserve information collected previously.

Historical records may therefore differ from data currently displayed by Supercell or Brawl Stars.

8. Accuracy of Statistics

BrawlCity attempts to provide accurate and useful statistics.

However, BrawlCity does not guarantee that any data is:

  • complete
  • current
  • error-free
  • continuously available
  • identical to data displayed in-game
  • representative of every Brawl Stars player

Statistics may be affected by:

  • API limitations
  • delayed API updates
  • unavailable match history
  • missing player data
  • leaderboard sampling
  • API outages
  • data-processing errors
  • changes made by Supercell
  • insufficient sample sizes

BrawlCity statistics should be treated as informational estimates and analyses.

9. Meta Rankings and Derived Analytics

BrawlCity may calculate proprietary statistics and ratings including:

  • Meta Score
  • Brawler tiers
  • pick rates
  • win rates
  • popularity
  • rankings
  • matchup data
  • counter data
  • synergy data
  • trends

These values may be generated using BrawlCity's own models, formulas and datasets.

They are not official Supercell rankings unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Meta rankings may change over time as:

  • more matches are collected
  • balance changes occur
  • player behavior changes
  • calculation methods change
  • sample sizes increase
  • new Brawlers or maps are introduced

BrawlCity may modify its methodology at any time.

10. User Content

BrawlCity may in the future allow users to submit content such as:

  • usernames
  • profile information
  • comments
  • descriptions
  • community content
  • feedback
  • uploaded media
  • reports

You retain any rights you may have in content you submit.

By submitting content to BrawlCity, you grant BrawlCity a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display and process that content as necessary to operate and improve the service.

You must not submit content that:

  • is illegal
  • infringes intellectual property rights
  • contains malware
  • contains personal information you are not authorized to share
  • is defamatory
  • is threatening
  • is harassing
  • promotes fraud
  • impersonates others
  • violates applicable law

BrawlCity may remove content at its discretion where necessary to protect users, comply with law or enforce these Terms.

11. Acceptable Use

You may use BrawlCity for lawful personal and commercial purposes consistent with these Terms.

You must not:

  • attempt to bypass access controls
  • access private administrative systems
  • probe or attack BrawlCity infrastructure
  • exploit security vulnerabilities
  • interfere with the operation of BrawlCity
  • distribute malware
  • conduct denial-of-service attacks
  • automate abusive requests
  • circumvent rate limits
  • scrape BrawlCity excessively
  • resell BrawlCity data without permission
  • copy substantial portions of BrawlCity's proprietary datasets
  • reverse engineer protected systems
  • misuse API endpoints
  • use BrawlCity to facilitate fraud
  • impersonate BrawlCity, Loadout SARL or Supercell

BrawlCity may restrict, throttle, suspend or block access where abusive activity is detected.

12. Automated Access and Scraping

Automated access to BrawlCity is not permitted unless:

  • explicitly authorized by BrawlCity
  • provided through an official BrawlCity API
  • otherwise permitted in writing

You must not use bots, crawlers, scrapers or automated tools to systematically extract:

  • player databases
  • meta databases
  • historical datasets
  • ranking datasets
  • proprietary BrawlCity calculations
  • substantial portions of BrawlCity content

without prior permission.

Normal search-engine crawling permitted by BrawlCity's robots configuration is allowed.

13. BrawlCity Intellectual Property

Except for third-party game assets and user-provided content, BrawlCity owns or licenses the rights to its own:

  • software
  • website design
  • brand
  • BrawlCity name and logos
  • databases
  • analytics systems
  • algorithms
  • statistical models
  • Meta Score methodologies
  • written content
  • graphics
  • interface elements
  • proprietary datasets
  • original data organization and presentation

You may not reproduce, redistribute, commercially exploit or create competing copies of substantial BrawlCity content without permission.

14. Supercell Intellectual Property

Brawl Stars-related intellectual property belongs to Supercell.

BrawlCity does not claim ownership over:

  • Brawl Stars
  • Brawlers
  • official game artwork
  • official game logos
  • maps
  • game modes
  • game assets
  • Supercell trademarks

Any use of such materials is intended to comply with applicable permissions and fan-content policies.

15. Subscriptions and Paid Features

Every BrawlCity feature is free of charge, on this website and in the mobile applications. No statistic, analysis, alert or tool requires a payment.

The mobile applications offer one optional subscription with two benefits: the removal of advertising inside the application, and more frequent automatic background collection of new battles for player tags saved to your account. The collection target is one battle-log check roughly every 10 minutes per saved tag, and full profile details continue to refresh on the ordinary schedule of about every 45 minutes. This is a target cadence and not a guaranteed service level; it depends on game-service availability and collection capacity. The subscription unlocks no feature: every statistic, analysis and tool remains free, and battles already recorded for a player tag are visible to everyone.

The website offers no subscription for sale. BrawlCity has applied to show Google AdSense advertising on a small number of public website pages; that application is pending, so no website advertising is approved or live yet. Website ads, once live, are shown only after a certified consent management platform records your choice, and never on sign-in, settings, account, admin or player profile pages.

Where a subscription is offered, its price and billing period are displayed before purchase.

Where a material reduction is made to an active paid plan, BrawlCity may provide appropriate notice where required by law.

16. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another authorized payment provider.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the relevant payment provider to charge the applicable amount.

BrawlCity generally does not directly store complete payment card details.

Payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies.

17. Recurring Subscriptions

Where a subscription is recurring, it will automatically renew at the applicable billing interval unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

Billing intervals may include:

  • monthly
  • yearly
  • other periods displayed at checkout

The applicable price and renewal frequency will be shown before purchase.

You are responsible for cancelling subscriptions you no longer wish to maintain.

18. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a BrawlCity subscription through the account or billing interface provided by BrawlCity or its payment processor.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewals.

Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for a billing period that has already started.

Access to paid features may continue until the end of the already-paid billing period.

19. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • applicable law
  • payment-provider rules
  • the circumstances of the transaction

Where required by law, users retain mandatory refund and withdrawal rights.

Outside mandatory legal rights, BrawlCity may determine refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

To request assistance regarding a payment, contact: info@brawlcity.gg.

20. Free Trials and Promotions

BrawlCity may offer:

  • free trials
  • promotional pricing
  • discount codes
  • special offers

Additional terms may apply to such promotions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time before they are redeemed.

21. Advertising

BrawlCity may display advertising.

Advertising providers may include:

  • Google AdSense
  • Playwire
  • other advertising partners

Advertising does not necessarily represent BrawlCity's endorsement of the advertiser, product or service.

BrawlCity is not responsible for third-party advertisements or external websites reached through advertisements.

22. Third-Party Services

BrawlCity relies on third-party services and infrastructure.

These may include:

  • Supercell
  • Lovable
  • Lovable Cloud
  • Supabase infrastructure
  • Railway
  • Google
  • Stripe
  • Playwire
  • other hosting, analytics, advertising or technical providers

BrawlCity is not responsible for outages, policy changes or failures caused by third-party services outside its reasonable control.

23. Third-Party Links

BrawlCity may contain links to external websites and services.

BrawlCity does not control and is not responsible for:

  • third-party content
  • external privacy practices
  • third-party security
  • external products
  • third-party terms

Accessing third-party services is at your own discretion.

24. Availability of the Service

We aim to keep BrawlCity available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

BrawlCity may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • maintenance
  • software updates
  • infrastructure failures
  • Supercell API outages
  • hosting-provider issues
  • security incidents
  • network failures
  • force majeure events
  • changes to third-party APIs

BrawlCity may suspend or discontinue any portion of the service at any time.

25. Changes to Features

BrawlCity is an evolving product.

We may:

  • add features
  • remove features
  • redesign functionality
  • modify statistics
  • change ranking methodologies
  • alter API integrations
  • adjust free and paid features
  • introduce new products
  • discontinue features

We are not required to permanently maintain any specific feature unless otherwise required by applicable law or contractual obligations.

26. Account Suspension and Termination

BrawlCity may suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe a user has:

  • violated these Terms
  • abused the service
  • attempted unauthorized access
  • engaged in fraud
  • attacked the infrastructure
  • violated applicable law
  • infringed intellectual property rights
  • created material risk for BrawlCity or other users

Where appropriate, BrawlCity may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.

Serious abuse may result in immediate termination.

27. User Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their BrawlCity account.

Account deletion may be available:

Deleting an account does not necessarily remove historical public Brawl Stars information collected independently through the official Brawl Stars API.

Public or aggregated game statistics may continue to be retained for analytical and historical purposes.

28. Feedback

If you submit ideas, suggestions or feedback to BrawlCity, you agree that BrawlCity may use that feedback without restriction or compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This includes feedback related to:

  • features
  • design
  • statistics
  • algorithms
  • products
  • services

29. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrawlCity is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

BrawlCity makes no guarantee that:

  • the service will always be available
  • information will always be accurate
  • statistics will be complete
  • rankings will be error-free
  • third-party APIs will remain available
  • the service will meet every user's requirements
  • defects will always be corrected immediately

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

30. No Gameplay Guarantee

BrawlCity statistics, meta rankings, recommendations and analytics are informational.

BrawlCity does not guarantee that using:

  • a highly ranked Brawler
  • a particular strategy
  • a suggested matchup
  • a meta recommendation
  • a statistical insight

will improve gameplay, rankings, trophies or competitive results. Game outcomes depend on many factors outside BrawlCity's control.

31. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loadout SARL and BrawlCity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from use of BrawlCity.

This may include loss of:

  • profits
  • data
  • business opportunities
  • rankings
  • game progress
  • goodwill

BrawlCity is not responsible for losses caused by:

  • inaccurate game statistics
  • unavailable APIs
  • third-party outages
  • account decisions made by Supercell
  • game balance changes
  • user reliance on analytics
  • unauthorized account access caused by a user's failure to secure credentials

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

32. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loadout SARL, BrawlCity and their representatives from claims, liabilities, losses and reasonable costs arising from:

  • your unlawful use of BrawlCity
  • your violation of these Terms
  • your infringement of third-party rights
  • content you submit to BrawlCity

This section applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

33. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

If you are a consumer, statutory rights in your country of residence may apply regardless of provisions in these Terms.

34. Privacy

Use of BrawlCity is also governed by the BrawlCity Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how BrawlCity collects, uses and processes personal information.

35. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Reasons may include:

  • new functionality
  • legal requirements
  • new payment systems
  • new advertising services
  • mobile applications
  • changes to infrastructure
  • changes to BrawlCity's business model

The date at the top of these Terms indicates the most recent revision.

Where legally required, users may be notified of material changes.

Continued use of BrawlCity after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms where permitted by law.

36. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable in a user's country of residence.

37. Jurisdiction

To the extent legally permitted, disputes relating to BrawlCity or these Terms will be subject to the competent courts in Switzerland.

Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.

38. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced as closely as legally possible to reflect its original purpose.

39. No Waiver

Failure by BrawlCity or Loadout SARL to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

40. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for specific BrawlCity features, constitute the agreement between you and BrawlCity regarding use of the service.
