How Showdown wins are counted
Solo, Duo and Trio Showdown placements turned into wins, draws and losses โ the exact rule BrawlCity applies to every recorded match.
Showdown has no win or lose result in the battle log, only a placement. To report a win rate at all, a site has to convert placements into results. Here is the rule BrawlCity uses everywhere: profiles, map rankings, mode rankings and streaks.
Solo Showdown
Ranks 1 to 4 count as a win, rank 5 is a draw, and ranks 6 to 10 count as a loss. This matches the community standard: a top-four finish keeps a win streak alive, and fifth place is treated as neutral.
Duo Showdown
Ranks 1 and 2 count as a win, rank 3 is a draw, and ranks 4 and 5 count as a loss โ the same top-half logic applied to five teams.
Trio Showdown
First place counts as a win, second is a draw, and third or lower counts as a loss. Supercell has not published an equivalent official rule for Trio, so BrawlCity applies this consistent rule and labels it as its own convention rather than presenting it as official.
What this changes on your profile
Showdown sections show placements as well as results: average placement, best placement, first places, the full placement spread and trophy change. If you disagree with the win rule, the raw placements are right there to read on their own.
